Welcome to the new Alton Area Business & Professional Women (BPW) website. We are a local organization of BPW/USA whose mission is to ensure pay equity, equal educational and economic opportunities at all stages of life, support pension and social security reform; and promote affordable, quality dependent care to help ensure economic self-sufficiency for women. The goal of our organization is "BPW: Building Powerful Women, Politically, Professionally, Personally!"
The Alton Area, Illinois, BPW is proud to be a member of the Illinois Federation of Business and Professional Women's (BPW/IL) Club, and the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Club, Inc. (BPW/USA).
The Alton Area Business and Professional Women's Club is an organization of "Women Networking With Women."
